Gather your friends or family in this three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse. Comfortably accommodating up to eight guests, there is ample room for relaxation and socializing. The three bedrooms include two queen rooms and a third bedroom with a tri-bunk (single over double) and single bed and portacot, great for three couples or a family with older children. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen, prepare meals on the gas BBQ in the fully-enclosed courtyard and unwind in the spa bath. There are also two separate living areas with Smart TVs, DVDs and board games offering an ideal space for larger or older groups.
Experience a romantic getaway or a productive retreat in this two-bedroom, one bathroom townhouse, perfect for couples, remote workers, or small families of 2 to 4/5 guests. On the ground floor, you'll find a master bedroom with king-sized bed and a bathroom with shower. A further bedroom upstairs features a tri-bunk (single over double), to accommodate extra guests or older children. Stay connected at the dedicated workspace, cook up a storm in the full kitchen, then unwind in the charming fully-enclosed courtyard or in one of the two living areas and enjoy getting back to nature under the Grampian's starry skies.

Situated on the sunny side of Halls Gap, just outside the main valley, our townhouses at offer a modern retreat amidst the stunning Grampians landscape. From your townhouse, you'll enjoy breathtaking views overlooking the Grampians National Park and the 'Gap' itself, where the road winds into the heart of town. Whichever direction you're arriving from, finding us is straightforward.
Please follow the directions below, keeping in mind the unique charm of our location, where wildlife often roams freely and street lighting may be limited at night.
Arriving from Stawell or Ararat (Western Highway):
As you approach Halls Gap from the Western Highway (via Stawell or Ararat), you'll travel south along Grampians Road, the main thoroughfare through town. Continue on Grampians Road until you see the Halls Gap Hotel on your right, just after the pedestrian crossing. Just before the hotel, you'll see Clematis Drive branching off to the right. Turn right onto Clematis Drive. The townhouse complex is located at 15-17 Clematis Drive on the left-hand side roughly 200m up the road. Look for the Clematis View Townhouses sign out the front and the Halls Gap Escape signage next to the front door of your particular townhouse.
Arriving from Dunkeld (Southern Approach):
If you're arriving from Dunkeld, Warrnambool or the Great Ocean Road you'll be travelling north on Grampians Road. As you enter Halls Gap, continue on Grampians Road through the centre of town, passing the Ampol petrol station, the General Store and Stony Creek on your right. Continue on Grampians Road over Delley’s Bridge and until you see the Halls Gap Hotel on your left, then slow down and turn left into Clematis Drive, branching off to the left straight after the hotel. The townhouse complex is located at 15-17 Clematis Drive on the left-hand roughly 200m up the road. Look for the Clematis View Townhouses sign out the front and the Halls Gap Escape signage next to the front door of your particular townhouse.

Provided Comforts: To make your stay comfortable, we've stocked the townhouse with fresh bed linen, plush towels, shower gel, hand soap and a starter supply of Twinings teas and coffee pods for the Nespresso machine. For your convenience, you'll also find basic kitchen supplies, including salt and pepper, and washing up supplies, like dishwasher tablets.
Personal Touches: To allow you to settle in and feel right at home with the comforts you love, don't forget to pack your favorite shampoo and conditioner and your preferred choice of milk and cooking oil. You may also want to bring along some washing detergent if you are planning on using the European laundry.

Before you depart: To ensure you don't forget anything and to help us prepare for our next guests, we kindly ask that you complete a few tasks at check out time, like turning off lights and air conditioning units, removing rubbish and locking all the doors.

To ensure you stay connected during your visit, we provide complimentary, high-speed Starlink broadband. The password will be included in your welcome email, sent two days before your arrival and can also be found on the refrigerator or upstairs TV cabinet, after check in.
Please note that mobile phone coverage in the Grampians region is generally limited, with Telstra offering the most reliable service, so our Starlink broadband is an easy way to stay connected. For your entertainment, all TVs are connected to the internet, allowing you to stream your favourite shows and movies using your own streaming service logins.
We kindly ask that you use the broadband responsibly and refrain from any illegal downloading or misuse of the service.
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please take a moment to review our house rules, which can also be found in our downloadable rental guide and our Guest Book at the property. Key points include no smoking indoors, quiet hours after 11pm and respecting our neighbour's parking access.
Enjoy a smoke-free environment: To ensure the comfort of all our guests and to comply with Victorian law, smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the accommodation.
Parking courtesy: Please be mindful of others and avoid blocking access to neighbouring units when parking in the carport. Extra parking can be found along the street or in the vistor’s area at the end of the complex, in front of Townhouse 1, only.
Respectful quiet: We kindly ask that you respect our neighbours, some of whom live in the townhouse complex, by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially after 11:00 PM.
Pet-Friendly: If you'd like to bring along a furry friend, please be aware that dogs are permitted subject to a $50 cleaning fee, but notice must be given at the time of booking.
Dogs must be kept on a lead within the town and are not permitted on any of the trails or sights in the Grampians National Park, please also make sure to clean up after them.
Unfortunately, to protect native wildlife cats are prohibited in Halls Gap by a local byelaw of the National Park, so we cannot accept them on bookings at the townhouses.
Wildlife safety: Halls Gap is home to a lot of iconic Australian animals and you'll be able to spot kangaroos, emus, deer and a variety of birds from the balcony. However, for your safety and the well-being of our local wildlife, please refrain from petting, feeding or handling any wild animals that may visit the townhouse. Take care when driving around town, as well, especially at night, as animals may cross the road at any time.
